What Makes You Proud?

I like going to farms and paying particular close attention to their corn crop and just trying to maximize their profitability with their yields. Matching up the correct seeds with the soil types and just maximizing their profitability on their farm operation.

On the Issues

In particular, what we've talked today at this show here there are a lot of farms getting bigger, land prices getting extremely higher, rent prices getting higher and I think you're going to see a lot of these rent prices are not going to cut the budget with what they're making off the land. So I think that we're going to see some trouble with that in the near future.
