Background
AEM has a long history of successful trade show ownership and management with both North American-based and overseas exhibitions, and it is known for its philosophy of producing shows that are run by the industry and for the benefit of the industry. With the increasingly global and dynamic environment of the agriculture industry, AEM felt it was an ideal time in 2008 to launch AG CONNECT Expo. The inaugural show is set for January 2010. After a 2011 show, AG CONNECT Expo will be held on an every-other-year cycle to better align with other global ag events.
AEM is the U.S. based international trade group representing the off-road equipment manufacturing industry, and its members manufacture equipment, products and services used worldwide in the agriculture, construction, forestry, mining and utility sectors. Core AEM services include technical and safety activity, public policy representation, equipment statistics and market information, trade shows, international business development services, education and training, safety/educational materials and workforce development.
