Exhibit Space Selection Exhibitors who complete and return the Exhibit Space Application and Contract with their 25% deposit before December 15, 2008 will be included in the first round of space assignments, according to their priority number. Your company's priority number is: (Years of Membership in AEM x 2) + (Total Square Feet in Previous Show* / 100) *The Priority Number for AG CONNECT Expo 2010 will be based on the Membership Number only. DEFINITION OF YEARS OF MEMBERSHIP NUMBER An exhibitor must be a current AEM member in good standing to have membership years used in calculating the membership number. DEFINITION OF PREVIOUS SHOW PARTICIPATION NUMBER For 2010, zero will be used for all exhibitors. In 2011, an exhibitor's total square footage purchased for AG CONNECT Expo 2010 will be used when calculating the Previous Show participation number. The total square feet cannot exceed the AG CONNECT Expo 2010 maximum space size of 15,000 square feet. If a company acquires another company(ies), the parent company will be able to use the newly acquired company's(ies') exhibit space total from 2010 but cannot exceed the maximum space size. MEMBERSHIP RATES AEM members receive discounted space (refer to space application for specific rates). Exhibitors who complete and return their application with their deposit after December 15, 2008 will be assigned exhibit space on a first-come, first-served basis. |
